Non-magnetic downhole motor is mainly used in mining development and directional drilling processes in oil and gas fields.

1. Oil and gas drilling: Non-magnetic downhole motor is widely used in the oil and gas industry because magnetic field interference during drilling can lead to inaccurate logging data, thereby affecting decision-making and oil recovery efficiency. The use of non-magnetic drill rods can help engineers avoid such interference, more accurately locate and navigate, and improve construction efficiency.

2. Coal mine development:

Non-magnetic drill rods are mainly used for horizontal directional drilling systems in coal mine underground  tunnels.


Feature:

(1) Non-magnetic: possessing non-magnetic properties, with a magnetic permeability ≤ 1.005;

(2) Good safety performance: no sparks generated during impact or friction;

(3) High tensile and torsional strength: tensile strength ≥ 1035MPa, yield strength ≥ 965MPa;

(4) Good plasticity: The elongation at break is 2-5 times that of beryllium copper, which can fully reach the level of 135 steel grades;

(5) Corrosion resistance: It has strong corrosion resistance and adaptability to underground environments, and can work in acidic and highly corrosive environments with hydrogen sulfide.

To meet the needs of coal mining engineering, our company has developed specialized coal mine downhole motors and achieved design results during customer use.


Coal mine downhole motor has the following excellent characteristics:

 -The stator adopts a new type of hard rubber, which ensures a 50% increase in working torque. At the same time,   the high water resistance of the rubber significantly improves its service life;

 - Optimize the dedicated motor line type, increase the working torque by 15%, while ensuring the sealing ability   of the stator and rotor engagement;

 - Adopting reinforced universal shafts, the bearing capacity and service life are doubled;

 - Using reinforced transmission shafts, thickening the body, and combining with elongated radial bearings and all   hard alloy thrust bearings to eliminate the risk of shaft breakage;

 - Using high-strength threads, the strength is doubled compared to conventional threads, preventing the male   thread from breaking. At the same time, it can increase the tightening torque to effectively prevent equipment   from falling into the well;

 - Ultra short and lightweight design, suitable for narrow tunnels, reduces transportation difficulties underground   and lowers labor intensity for workers

Main Parameters of Rotary-Impact Downhole Motor

Rotary-impact downhole motor is the latest generation of acceleration tool developed by our company to solve the problem of sticking and sliding of bottom drilling tools. This tool has advanced design, compact structure, and long working life. The tool consists of three modules: power assembly, hydraulic pressurization, and hydraulic oscillation. Through the radial vibration and axial thrust generated inside the tool during normal drilling, it significantly reduces the wear resistance of the drilling tool and increases the effective drilling pressure of the drill bit, thereby achieving the effect of speeding up and protecting the drill bit.
